With the repeal of the FOIP Act, Alberta’s public bodies must adapt to new legislative requirements, and update policies, procedures and programs under the Access to Information Act (ATIA) and Protection of Privacy Act (PPA) This session will provide a high-level overview of the key changes and their impact on compliance.
